I have just returned from a very nice stay in this family-run hotel, a nice size rooms. The location is perfect and incredible, 2 miles from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. 25 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to everything at Broadbeach within walking distance.

We enjoyed the comforts of this family-run hotel. Perfect location, very helpful staff with excellent service. It was at a moderate distance from Mc Donald's Highway, serving fast food.

Everything was nice, including very welcoming staff. Fantastic very central location really close to supermarket and restaurants. And there was Mc Donald's Highway with short-orders within walking distance of the venue, super convenient. Came here for shopping, recommendable.

The weather was fine, had such great stay by 2 nights. Its location at walking distance from The Star Gold Coast was marvellous. Plus, it was not far from shops, beach restaurants, Handy to beach and food outlets.

It was a family-run hotel which had great service. Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of The Oasis Shopping Centre.

Extremely comfy beds, neat rooms and newly renovated bath. Great location, within easy walking distance of Broadbeach Mall. Set near the beach & shops, close to restaurants and food, and the Gold Coast for the cheer and dance competition in the nice quiet area.

This family-run hotel was a cozy base for shopping. The room was modern, reasonably large, it had a lounge and a new carpet. Had very comfy bed with the ocean view. The venue was in the very central setting down the coast line.

Appreciated our room that was could have been cleaner things have n't been cleaned in awhile and available with beautiful views and consistent quality and big comfy chairs to relax in. The location was great in a nice quiet area, near to the beach, shopping centres, cafes & restaurants and Kurrawa Pratten Park.

This hotel provides excellent value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Additionally, the hotel's location in the nicer area of Broadbeach offers convenience, being right across the road from the beach and situated in a quiet area. The rooms, although in need of renovation, still provide amazing views, especially from the twin bedroom.

front desk staff un friendly,no toilet paper on arrival,had to ask for it,was told we were to be on 11th floor,only got on 5, very dissapointed.

We loved the stunning ocean views from our apartment and the full laundry facilities. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the beach and shops in the nicer area of Broadbeach. We also appreciated the friendly staff and the modern pools and spa facilities.

No significant complaints.

The two bedroom apartment was an excellent size. Large and comfortable open-plan dining and lounge area, and good size bedrooms. Very close to beach and restaurant strip in Broadbeach.

Was surprised that they would charge $2 to hire a dvd from reception (no other comparable place I have stayed in charges for borrowing DVDs); and even more surprised to find - when hiring a movie for our kids - that it was a dodgy Thai pirated copy! (Which probably cost a dollar to buy). Unfortunately tarnished the image of this place for me a little.
